How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December to March). For special events or holidays, booking 6-8 weeks ahead ensures better availability and pricing. Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours) are subject to availability and may have limited vehicle options.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes! You can modify your booking up to 72 hours before pickup at no extra charge. This includes changing dates, pickup location, or adding extra services. Modifications made within 72 hours may incur a $25 processing fee. To modify, log into your account or contact our support team.

What if the vehicle isn't available on my dates?

If your preferred vehicle isn't available, we'll recommend similar alternatives that meet your needs. You can also use our "Notify Me" feature to get alerted when the vehicle becomes available. Our customer service team can help find the best alternative that fits your budget and requirements.

Do I need a visa to visit Sri Lanka?

Most visitors can obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) online before arrival. Citizens of Singapore, Maldives, and Seychelles get free entry for 30 days. The ETA costs $50 USD for most nationalities and allows a 30-day stay. Apply at www.eta.gov.lk at least 48 hours before travel. Some nationalities may require a traditional visa from an embassy.

What are the entry requirements for Sri Lanka?

You'll need: (1) Valid passport with 6 months validity, (2) ETA or visa, (3) Proof of onward/return travel, (4) Sufficient funds for your stay, (5) Completed health declaration form. COVID-19 requirements may apply - check current regulations before travel. Yellow fever vaccination certificate required if arriving from endemic countries.

Can I extend my stay in Sri Lanka?

Yes! You can extend your ETA for up to 6 months total. Visit the Department of Immigration in Colombo with your passport, ETA printout, proof of funds, and extension fee ($100 USD for first 3 months). Apply at least 7 days before your current visa expires. Our team can help arrange this service for an additional fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure Stripe payment gateway. We support multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, and LKR. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant for your security.

When will I be charged?

A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 75% is charged 48 hours before your pickup date. You'll receive email notifications before each charge. For bookings made within 48 hours of travel, the full amount is charged immediately.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before pickup for full refund. 7-14 days before: 50% refund. Within 7 days: no refund, but you can reschedule once at no charge. No-shows forfeit full payment. Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected cancellations. Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days.
